Module overview
This module follows the College of Graduate Studies course material on Public Policy. It begins by separating public policy from programme and project management, establishes the working definitions and the classic characterisations, then situates policy in the Philippine setting. The second half develops policy analysis as an applied discipline and works through the nine models of policy analysis, ending with a consolidated comparison and guidance on choosing among them.
